‘Genshin Impact’, Judo Sloth Win Big At Mobies Mobile Gaming Awards

The first-ever Mobies premiered last night (July 14) at Infinity Reality Studio in Los Angeles, celebrating outstanding contributions to the mobile gaming industry in an event that aims to become the biggest ceremony in its field.

Hosted by Daniel “dGon” Gonzales, Elyse “Herculyse” Herrera, and Garrett “Shady” Smith JR, the inaugural Mobies handed out 13 awards to the best players in the industry. Big winners included Genshin Impact, which won Mobile Game of the Year; Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, which took Competitive Game of the Year; and Clash of Clans content creator Judo Sloth, who claimed Mobile Content Creator of the Year.

The first-ever Mobies also gave out a surprise award to S8ul Esports for Global Impact on Mobile Gaming, which recognizes organizations that go “above and beyond to elevate and enhance the industry.”

Mobile Content Creator of the Year: Judo Sloth

Runners up: Luke “iFerg” Fergie, Tobias “Panda” Näslund, Naman “Mortal” Sandeep Mathur, Jonathan “Jonathan Gaming” Amaral, Levinho, The Radioativo

Mobile Team of the Year: ECHO

Runners up: Stalwart Esports, EStar Pro, Tribe Gaming, ZETA DIVISION ZERO, EVOS Phoenix

Mobile Player of the Year: Frederic “Bennyqt” Gonzales

Runners up: Mohamed “Mohamed Light” Tarek, Tensai, Burenbayar “TOP” Altangerel, Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal, Ratchanon “Moshi” Kunrayason
