How High-Achieving Business Leaders Can Choose The Right Coach

The idea of “exponential” growth is incredibly inspirational, but all too often we use this word as a synonym for “large” or “impressive.” Genuine exponential returns are rare, yet they do exist. I’ve witnessed one investment that yields extraordinary, exponential returns: cultivating mental excellence through all-encompassing personal evolution.

Developing a state of mental excellence can turn already elite achievers into unstoppable forces of nature. Once they reach an optimal mental state, everything changes. They can see their business valuations improve and their relationships flourish. Some may work to achieve increasing enjoyment and invigoration in their daily lives, and that level of deep, lasting fulfillment is what makes life worth living in the end.

Not many people have experienced this kind of transformation, however, and there is a reason for that. For the most part, modern self-improvement isn’t designed for ultra-high achievers seeking exponential growth. Most of it is focused on those who are stuck in life, and much of it is watered-down and ineffective.

Fortunately, there are avenues for top performers to achieve unmitigated transformation, assuming they find the right guidance in the current sea of recycled sound bites.

As a human potential expert, I’ve worked with some of the world’s most accomplished people. What follows is my advice to highly successful individuals seeking foundational, profound transformation that can lead to an extraordinary life and business.

Don’t Go Soft

In modern personal and professional development, there’s an overwhelming tendency to pedal soft, feel-good solutions. Regrettably, bubble baths and hollow affirmations don’t typically bring about meaningful life changes, and they’re especially useless for ultra-driven entrepreneurs and elite performers.

I believe real transformation comes from obliterating unconscious blocks and removing those deep-seated barriers that prevent even the most successful people from stepping into their true, limitless genius.

While choosing an expert to work with, make sure they take a no-nonsense approach that’s free of sugar-coated Band-Aid solutions. Massive transformation can take place incredibly fast, but it’s only possible when you take off the kid gloves. After all, high achievers aren’t afraid to face reality, and their results-driven nature encourages it.

Look For Testimonials That Demonstrate Powerful Returns

You wouldn’t invest in a hedge fund without thoroughly investigating it, and you should adopt the same level of scrutiny when hiring a personal or professional development expert.

When evaluating experts in your quest for mental excellence, ask for testimonials from past clients. Video testimonials are 1,000 times better than written testimonials for obvious reasons. You want to see dozens and dozens of elated clients. That proves the expert’s success is repeatable, and it shows they aren’t wasting anyone’s time.

Why should you demand so much from a practitioner? Modest, incremental improvements can be explained by a million other factors, including placebo. In my opinion, only seriously life-enhancing results should count as evidence of success.

The good news is that this kind of epic shift is entirely possible. Considering what’s possible, there’s no need to settle for anything less than real, lasting, all-encompassing rapid evolution.

When You Find The Right Expert, Take Action

New coaches enter the coaching industry every day, and many are making identical claims, but it can be hard to find a true expert who can deliver real results for your life and business.

However, if you find someone who resonates with you and who has a proven track record of facilitating real breakthroughs for their high-achieving clients, investing in yourself should become a straightforward decision. Choosing not to act would be like finding a vein of gold running through your property but refusing to invest in the mining equipment required to extract it.

For elite performers who have already achieved success far beyond the average person’s, there is another level of development that can blow their current paradigm of success out of the water. Many of you are sitting at the helm of the empire you’ve built, wondering if there’s more to life and work. I am here to tell you that there is a much higher level of consciousness, clarity, happiness and fulfillment that you may not have experienced yet.

I encourage successful people to enjoy their success and spend their money on anything they’d like. However, when all these external manifestations of success have been accomplished, it’s only logical to invest a fraction of your resources into lasting personal and professional growth.

What differentiates exponential growth from mediocre improvements? It comes down to removing unconscious blocks that keep you from tapping into your full power as a business leader. There’s an amazing life with nearly limitless potential available to you, and it’s waiting for you to take that vital step. It’s impossible to imagine what you’ve been missing until you experience it for yourself, but once you tap into it directly, it can set the stage for truly exponential improvements.

Questions To Ask A Practitioner

Are they experienced in working with highly successful, ultra-high-achieving individuals? These type-A, driven, results-oriented, sharp individuals should seek out a style of coaching that matches their personality and high-performing brain.

Ask them point blank: Are they capable of solving your unique challenges? Do they have experience and a proven track record of creating the results you are after? You want to see in-depth case studies that demonstrate the results that you could achieve.

Are they capable of facilitating exponential growth for their clients? You don’t want to waste your time going through another program that will teach you more skills on top of an outdated foundation. What you should look for is someone who can explain how they’ll help you remove subconscious limitations and gain a fresh new perspective and outlook on life that will allow you to experience the rapid personal and professional evolution we are talking about.
